I hadn’t thought of Yoga for migraine control. My wife suffers from migraines and we have tried numerous different things to try and lessen and alleviate the migraines. We will definitely have a look at Yoga and see if we can use this to help. Do you need to look for Yoga specifically aimed at migraines or does any general Yoga help?
